Camille is extremley knowledgeable in local housing market and home valuations. She was very patient and helped us look at so many houses before we found our dream home. Buying a house can be confusing and overwhelming, and you definately want a realtor who could really guide you through each step. She walked us through the entire process and was on our side the whole time. She was always reachable and responsive. I would recommend her to anyone.

Camille sold several pieces of property for members of my family. She also sold two pieces of proerty on a 1031. She sold it within a month than we had listed it for. She also had to straighten out the deed on each property. She also helped us refiance our present residence. She has been very professional in dealing with us and the individual she dealth with.

A lot of them just want to make a quick sale without telling the pitfalls, especially in the Asian community. But Camille is very different. She is a UC Berkeley graduate and has more than 10 years of real estate experience. She also can speak Chinese fluently, which is a plus. Camille is very knowledgeable about the real estate laws and regulations and looked out for my interest as a buyer. She listened for my needs and found me a great place based on my budget, preferences, lifestyle, and commute. etc. Whenever I have a real estate related question, I know I can count on her. She is my go-to realtor. I would recommend Camille wholeheartly.
